Serving families across Nevada

Settling an estate is hard enough. The paperwork should not be.

Compassionate Solutions Inc. does the work a public administrator does, for private families. Ginger Simpson spent a decade in the Nye County Public Administrator’s office handling estates from the first phone call to the final court order. Now she brings that same process to your family, at a fraction of attorney rates.

A decade inside the process

Ginger administered estates for Nye County from 2015 through 2026, first as a deputy and then as the elected Public Administrator.

Far less than an attorney

Most of what an estate needs is careful paperwork and follow-through, not billable legal argument. That is the part we do.

We work with attorneys

When a matter truly needs a lawyer, we say so, prepare your file, and help you use their time efficiently instead of expensively.

How we help

Every estate is a little different. These are the pieces families most often hand off.

Probate paperwork

Petitions, notices, inventories, and accountings prepared, organized, and filed on time, in the format the court expects.

Court appearances

When it is appropriate for a non-attorney to appear or accompany you, you are not walking into the courtroom alone.

Locating assets and heirs

Bank accounts, policies, vehicles, real property, and family members who need to be notified, tracked down methodically.

Property and belongings

Securing a home, coordinating cleanouts, arranging appraisals and sales, and keeping a clean record of every item.

Death paperwork

Death certificates, Social Security and VA notifications, creditor claims, and closing out accounts one by one.

Small estate options

Help deciding whether an affidavit, a set-aside, or a summary process fits your situation before you spend money on a full probate.

Ginger Simpson, founder of Compassionate Solutions Inc.

Meet Ginger Simpson

Ginger joined the Nye County Public Administrator’s office as a deputy in June 2015, was appointed to the office in August 2016, and was elected to full terms in 2018 and 2022. Over those years she handled hundreds of estates, many of them for families who had no idea where to start and no budget for a lawyer.

She leaves office in December and is opening Compassionate Solutions Inc. so that private families can get the same steady, organized help without waiting for a county case to be opened.
